The CSRA RTC is located in the Aiken County Schools District Office.  Brookhaven Drive is on the right at the light after the mall when headed toward New Ellenton.  The lab is located in the open part of the cubicle area behind the receptionist desk.  It is reached by taking the double doors on the right.  Take a left at the doors, and go past the mailroom on the left.  At the first corridor opening, turn right.  The lab is on the left and the wall is on the right.
